Here comes the king of the aperitif! Like the name suggests, this 100% Jacquère is sooo good that you can even drink before to start you daily 5-to-7pm «apéro». What makes is so uniquely refreshing and yummy comes in part from, you guessed it, the pruning technique used by winemaker Jérémy Dupraz. Yep, you got that one right, amazing! Indeed, by shaping the vines as Y instead of T, the leaves got more direct sunlight which ultimately led to sweeter, higher-quality grapes. Enjoy!
