All these moments are good excuses to share a glass of bubbly (or two!) and for that very reason, we got you covered with a carefully picked selection of organic and biodynamic nectars.

A word about Domaine Jean Michel, Champagne
The Michel family develops vintaged champagne entirely produced with grapes from its own vineyard in the same house and underground calcareous galleries since 1847. Each stage of the wine growing process is controlled very closely: in the cellar, each grape varietal is vinified separately in oak barrels which brings a subtle richness to the final blend while also retaining each variety's style and uniqueness. When the wines are ready, they will age on lath for a minimum period of 36 months where in the old vault, a place where they will develop a host of perfumes and bouquets, signature of Champagne Jean Michel.

Without any added sugar in its "liqueur d'expédition", CEP is Champagne in its purest form : crisp and subtle with a great drinkability.

◆ Petite Mulotte
This confidential cuvée is partially vinified and aged in oak, a challenge taken by owner Olivier Michel to renew his art. La Petite Mulotte is one of my favorite wine from the estate : a must try experience !
