Chalasse is a white with aromatic, savoury notes and fresh mineral undertones similar to that of Ganevat cuvée of the same name. And for a good reason : both come from the same historic plot "Les Chalasses" shared among a few wineries such as Ganevat and Domaine des Ronces.
