Carmine red colour, fresh nose of ripe raspberry. The attack on the palate is clean, frank and full of freshness. The tannins are soft, slightly present and silky. The persistence is short. This is THE cuvée of the Manoir de la Tete Rouge and this is what one should expect from a Saumur, delicate and simple. —Simon
