生産者 シルヴェール・トリシャール
2012年からボージョレ、ブラッセ村にてワイン造りを始めた、自然派最若手生産者。シルヴェールは子供の頃からいつもぶどう畑にいた。おじさんがワイン生産者で、ドメーヌ・ド・ラ・フーリィという名前のドメーヌを所有していたからだ。18歳からおじさんのドメーヌで働いて以来数々の生産者で経験を積んだ。
2002年、JCラパリュに出合い収穫を体験、その際、自然派ワイン醸造というものを初めて知った。その経験が、彼のワイン造りに対する興味にスイッチを入れたのだった！
2008年農業開拓責任者資格(BPREA)を取得、同時に醸造学と有機農業を履修した。彼は、ドメーヌ・ベリュアールにて研修をしたが、そこですっかり自然派ワイン造りというものに魅せられてしまった。2012年、彼はおじさんのぶどう畑を譲り受け、遂に自身のワイン造りが始まった。おじさんは当初よりビオ、ビオディナミにてぶどう栽培を行っており、当然その自然な栽培方法を受け継いでいる。つまり、常にビオディナミが行われていた畑のぶどうでワインを造っていることになる。
彼のワインの味わいは、まさに最先端の自然派そのもの！ 軽やかでフレッシュ感に富んでいる。しかし骨格はしっかり存在し、エレガントな味わい。”セレネ”とはギリシャ神話に登場する「月の女神」。ビオディナミを実践するワイン造りを象徴するワイン名だ。
