Jean-Bernard Métais
The Mete family has a long history of grape cultivation, which is said to have begun in the 15th century in Sarthe in the Loire region. Jean-Bernard Mete, who took over this long-established domaine in 1976, has decided to visit Japan. At his domaine, all harvesting is done by hand, and the cultivation is carried out without the use of any pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. You may hear about his passion for cultivation and brewing, as well as stories that only he can tell! Don't miss this opportunity.
