THE ARTIST
Ewelina Skowronska
She is a Polish visual artist based in Tokyo who in the recent works investigate nature and ways of reconnecting with intangible elements of the world. Focusing on our dependence on nature, she investigates natural plant dyes and their historical, medicinal and pigments properties. She is also co-founded ONA project room, which supports female artists in Japan through pop-up exhibitions.
THE BEER
Season of the Amour
This collaboration involves "Springfield forever" by Kubo in Kasuga Nagano.
He has been growing Hozuki, reusing his own seeds year after year. This means that the plants are perfectly adapted to the area where they grow, giving strong enough fruits to be grown without any chemicals. These fruits are both tasty and healthy.
