◯ Cool delivery fee: Customers who request cool delivery will be charged 300 yen (excluding tax).

If you order by cash on delivery, a fee of 300 yen (excluding tax) will be charged if the total amount is 10,000 yen or less (up to 9,999 yen), and a fee of 400 yen (excluding tax) will be charged if the total amount is 15,000 yen or less (up to 14,999 yen). There is no fee for cash on delivery on orders over 15,000 yen.

[Defective products] If we have the item in stock, we will exchange it for a good item. If we do not have the item in stock, we will ask you to return it and provide a refund.
[Return period] Returns must be made within 7 days of the product's arrival date.
[Return shipping fee] We will cover the shipping fee for returns due to our deficiencies, such as defective products or incorrect delivery. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except in the case of defective products such as damage or incorrect delivery.

If you do not specify otherwise, we will ship your order within 2 days of receiving your payment.
Cash on delivery will be shipped within 2 days after order confirmation.

You can cancel your order any time up until the day before the shipment of the current month from your My Page. If you contact us by email, please do so at least two days in advance.
