The business encompasses and award winning bistro, an intimate cellar door, luxury vineyard accommodation and a Yoga Studio. Owner and winemaker Sam Coverdale is the founder of the business. He produces wine under two labels, Even Keel and Polperro. These wines, use a combination of traditional and modern techniques, to reflect the best of the Mornington Peninsula and cool climate regions from around Australia.
