Made from select old vines with an average age of over 50 years, it undergoes a generous and extended bottle aging on lees for around 3 years. With zero dosage (no added sugar) and no added sulfites (SO2) at bottling, it delivers the purest, unadulterated expression of the terroir. It features an incredibly fine, persistent effervescence, beautifully weaving together crisp minerality with complex notes of hazelnut and toasted brioche.
