Trousseau from Domaine des Ronces is an original wine by its grape variety, one of the 3 great red grape varieties of Jura. This variety is rare, capricious, not very productive, and late. But yields exceptionally elegant wine when worked correctly. The Trousseau from Domaine des Ronces is fermented with indigenous yeasts then aged for 18 months in old barrels. In mouth, aromas of cherries and blackcurrant blend with spicy notes of white pepper, liquorice and hint of forest floor on the finish. Highly recommended!
