My favourite red wine since I started working at apéro. The grape used is called Persan; it's an old grape variety from the French Alps and cousin to the much more famous Syrah. Persan reveals spicy notes, just like Syrah, but followed by a pronounced acidity that makes it extremely fresh and mineral. A must try!
