This wine was fermented in stainless steel, bottled with some sugar remaining to finish fermentation and age in the bottle, then disgorged. It has a clear greenish-yellow color and creamy, fine bubbles. You'll find notes of hassaku, iyokan, grapefruit, and dill. With its snappy acidity and sharp, smooth mouthfeel, the lovely fruitiness really shines through on the aftertaste.
