TARLY MIZUNARA CASK FINISH AGED 5 YEARS

Based on the concept of "savoring the unique character of the cask, TARLY is meticulously double-matured in different barrels. The unblended whisky is first aged for three years in bourbon casks at a Scottish distillery, and then double-matured for over two years in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks at the Biwako Distillery. For the cutting process, it uses pristine spring water from "Harie no Shozu," an ultra-soft water source in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture.

The nose opens with an elegant aroma of sandalwood, followed by rich notes of dates, ripe apricot, and honey. This beautifully blends with mystical nuances of kyara (aloe wood) and incense, creating a deeply oriental impression. On the palate, a sophisticated woodiness and a subtle hint of bitterness harmonize perfectly, leading into a long, satisfying finish with a touch of pleasant spice.
