TARLY SAKURA CASK FINISH AGED 5 YEARS

Based on the concept of "savoring the unique character of the cask, TARLY is meticulously double-matured in different barrels. The unblended whisky is first aged for three years in bourbon casks at a Scottish distillery, and then double-matured for over two years in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks at the Biwako Distillery. For the cutting process, it uses pristine spring water from "Harie no Shozu," an ultra-soft water source in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture.

The floral aroma of cherry blossoms harmonizes beautifully with fresh, juicy peach nuances. On the palate, a gentle sweetness sets the stage for an initial burst of rich, concentrated flavors like apricot, quickly unfolding into unique notes of sakuramochi (sweet cherry blossom rice cake) and cinnamon. The finish is creamy and smooth, leaving a soft, serene lingering aftertaste.
