The Erbaluce(variety name) Pajarin by Matteo Ravera Chion, is aged in steel and then left to rest for at least one year in the bottle. This white wine has notes of apple, plum jam, and hints of apricot on the nose. Very fresh with a nice backbone of acidity marks it as a good pairing for ripe cheeses and antipasti.
